Full Service New Build and Furnishings

After completing previous projects for these longtime clients in the Concession Country Club, we were brought back to fully design and furnish their newly built guest house located adjacent to the main residence. The vision was to create a relaxed, elevated retreat with a bold navy accent woven throughout to balance the masculine, neutral palette of the open-concept space.

Centered around a large golf simulator, the guest house was designed to function as both an entertaining hub and a comfortable getaway for family and overnight guests. Custom navy kitchen cabinetry, a one-of-a-kind island with an attached dining table, and layered furnishings helped bring warmth, personality, and functionality into the expansive layout.

The end result is a casual yet polished gathering space that feels inviting, fun, and thoughtfully tailored to the way this family hosts, relaxes, and spends time together.
