Full Service Home Addition and Furnishings

Located within the beautiful golf club community of The Concession, this project marked another collaboration with longtime clients after completing several spaces within the main residence. We were brought on to design a substantial home addition that would seamlessly blend with the existing architecture while elevating both function and luxury throughout the home.

Designed for a family of five led by two busy medical professionals, the home needed to balance sophistication with the realities of everyday life for their three school-age children. The addition included a brand-new primary suite designed as a refined retreat, complete with custom closets and thoughtfully layered finishes that brought warmth and comfort to the space.

Beyond the suite, we incorporated home theater elements for an elevated entertainment experience, along with an upstairs bar and lounge area designed for effortless hosting and relaxed evenings at home. Additional furnishings were selected for an outdoor lounge space, creating comfortable gathering areas that embraced the surrounding golf course setting.

As passionate animal lovers, we also thoughtfully considered the family’s furry companion throughout the design process - something especially meaningful in a home filled with both beautiful design and real life moments. The end result is a cohesive expansion that feels elevated, personal, and intentionally designed for the way this active family lives, entertains, and unwinds.
